| about me
I was born in 1986 and grew up in Olbernhau, a small town in the beautiful Ore Mountains in Saxony.
After I successfully finished my secondary school at Gymnasium Olbernhau in 2005 I started studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Dresden.
In 2007 I obtained my intermediate diploma and specialized on lightweight construction at the Institute of Lightweight Engineering and Polymer Technology.
I received my diploma degree (Dipl.-Ing.) in December 2011 about the "Characterisation of the fatigue of hybrid yarn thermoplastic textiles".
Currently I am working as a research and development engineer for composite fibres at Benteler-SGL in Ried/Innkreis (Austria).
"An investigation into the technological feasibility of a lightweight compliant mechanism in integral design" (2010)
"Determination of shear properties of fibre-reinforced composite laminates"
I enjoy going in for sports activities, watching motorsports, reading books, meeting friends and new people.
